Food Chain

The food chain is a journey of eating and being eaten in a certain order between living things.

Paddy are eaten by rats, the rats are eaten by snakes, snakes are eaten by eagles, eagles, and decomposers are decomposed, its mixed with soil and form humus. Humus is needed by plants. It is a food chain process, the order of the food chain must be balanced.

Information about the food chain

1. 1. Plants produce food from photosynthesis, and store in the form of seeds, stems, fruits and roots.
2. 2. Level 1 consumers, namely herbivorous animals. Example of level 1 consumers is rats.
3. 3. Level 2 consumers, namely carnivores, carnivorous animals get the food from level 1 consumers. Example of level 2 consumers is snakes
4. 4. level 3 Consumer, get the food from consumer level 2. Example of an animal is an eagle.
5. 5. If level 3 consumers die, decay occurs by bacteria or fungi.
